As a coeliac and mother of 2 coeliacs I have been putting up with unpalatable gluten free bread for 30 years. Husband bought me the gluten free sour dough kit for Christmas. What a game changer. Since that first purchase I have been using the gf sourdough bread flour.Always get consistent results in taste. The only variable is human error but the gf flour mix is very easy to use and gives great results.

Absolutely loving it!! Have just brought myself more flour and a temperature bag so help with winter coming up. First 2 loafs were good and hopefully only get batter.
