These chopping boards are the perfect size to slice my bread, made with quality timber which looks great as well as a serving board.
Basic and wouldn’t bother. Other brands provide better quality utensils

This is a pretty lame. I also chose it as there's less handling of the blade and I'm accident prone. Very happy with it.

This is a well made item and a pleasure to use. I've held off buying utensils for sourdough until I was sure I'd stick with it, but this is one tool I'd say is essential to really work with the dough properly.
The beginners lame has meant our loaves are looking better than ever. This tool makes it a lot quicker and easier to make the finishing touches on our loaves.
I can't speak to the product just yet, it's a Christmas Present.
But I've asked some dumb questions and been looked after with empathy and authenticity, which goes a long way.

Started my sourdough journey a few months ago and sourdough mate was my go to when buying all of my supplies, the lame is very easy to use and was easy to put together, I love that it came with a leather pouch to protect the blade. Will be ordering more supplies and I doubt I will be disappointed
