This gorgeous bread lame is handcrafted by Danish artisan Jan Andersen using sustainable Danish oak wood. It has the perfect balance of weight and proportion, giving bakers precise and effortless scoring control. Cleverly designed with a retractable blade option to safely conceal it and minimise unwanted cuts.

Designed by real artisan bakers for use in commercial bakery settings, it will become a trusted work-horse in your bakery too.
