Heat resistant & non-stick silicon mat with long handles to assist with the transfer of dough to a pre-heated oven. Prevents burns, re-useable & easy to clean.
Can be used with both round or oval shaped dough. Just place the dough lengthways along the handle as shown in the second video.

Approximately 55cm length with 21cm diameter.
Use & Care
Wash with warm soapy water before each use.
To use, place/turn your dough onto the mat & carefully lift into the Dutch oven. For oval shaped dough, place the length of the dough along the handles, making sure the middle is supported by the centre circle of the mat.
Can be heated up to 230 degrees Celsius.
