Heat resistant & non-stick silicon mat with long handles to assist with the transfer of dough to a pre-heated oven. Prevents burns, re-useable & easy to clean.
Can be used with an oval shaped dough. Just place the dough lengthways along the handle as shown in the second video.
NB: slight variations in designs, some with Sourdough Mate face logo.

Approximately 55cm length with 21cm diameter.
Use & Care
Wash with warm soapy water before each use.
To use, place/turn your dough onto the mat & carefully lift into the Dutch oven. For oval shaped dough, place the length of the dough along the handles, making sure the middle is supported by the centre circle of the mat.
Can be heated up to 230 degrees Celsius.

I’ve had a positive experience shopping at Sourdough Mate. I purchased a bread mat which has worked well. It was well priced and shipped quickly to me.
Excellent bread mat that fit perfectly in my cast iron pot. So much easier to drop the dough into a preheated pot with less risk of burns. If you have pets, be mindful that this is the type of silicon that likes to attract fluff.
I eat gluten free bread and living so remote this bread kit is a god send
effective and reusable. hard to read writing but nor really necessary.

I received my Sourdough Mate products and have been impressed with the quality. The Silicon Dutch Oven Bread mat was easy to use and made removing the bread from the pot very easy. It also saves the use of baking paper that is thrown away after the cooking process.
The bread mat makes transferring the dough super easy!
Got a proving basket and a bread mat. Arrived super early and doing the job well. Good products!

This bread mat is fantastic. I love not having to constantly buy baking paper now. It's also very easy to use, and the handles are a good length so I am not at risk of burning myself putting it in and taking it out of the dutch oven
