Designed with our bakers in mind, these chopping boards are perfectly sized for everyday use and fit loaves of all shapes and sizes made in our proving baskets.

Cherrywood is a medium-hard hardwood, which means it’s strong enough to resist deep cuts but not so hard that it quickly dulls your knives. This makes it ideal for daily prep.

Use & Care

• Oil regularly with food-grade oil - we use all natural & made in Australia Gilly's Timber Oil
• Hand-wash only.
• Rub in a thin coat with a cloth or hand.
• Leave for a few hours or overnight, then wipe off excess (optional).This seals the grain and helps prevent stains and odours.
