Great little warmer
Perfect warmer pad! I had tried many of the cheap brands on the market and wish I had have gone straight to this! Consistent even temp and my starter is going well even in freezing cold melbourne temperatures!
The only flour I use, gives me the perfect sourdough loaves/ crossiants everytime ✨️
My first time ever cooking gluten free and it help make this so much less complicated then alternative options!
Love these bannetons. They are very sturdy and easy to care for as well as sustainable. I have four and can't seee ever wanting a different kind. But perhaps more of these ones.
This is a pretty lame. I also chose it as there's less handling of the blade and I'm accident prone. Very happy with it.

Perfect container for nurturing your starter
I just love this compact heating pad. I live in Canberra and struggled to get my starter going on those cold days when I have to go out. Now I can go out for the day knowing that my starter is warm and happy and ready to be used when I come home.
The pad is compact, easy to store and simple to operate.

My sourdough game just got elevated to level 11.
No seriously, I had once attempted baguette prior to this just by McGyvering alfoil and baking trays but it didn’t really work out.. this however is perfect. Proof and bake on this baby. Amazing.
Much different to bake with.... Ill need to do some homework I think! Still the product came in a cotton bag and was beautifully presented.

This proofing box was exactly what I needed to get my starter going as my house is so cold even keeping it in the oven or microwave wasn't enough. The day I put her in this she instantly became active and I was able to bake with her within a week. It has also been great for proofing bread in my cold house.
I use it this flour to make my own sourdough bread, it performed beautiful. It has a natural colour and baked goods flavourful and high-quality.
