Everything looks good. Not baking yet. Very slow going with the starter in the cold weather. Still feeding it and keeping it warm to try and get it moving.
I bought this for my housemate after I accidentally killed her first starter, I know I’m a terrible human being.
Since she has made it up, the starter has been growing like crazy. What started out as Tzar Nicholas, turned into Empress Alexandra and son Olga.
She has made a choc chip loaf of sourdough and sourdough croissant, 10/10 from me.
This is fantastic, tastes amazing and the feeling you get when you know you have accomplished making your own gluten free sourdough makes it taste even better.
