Having spent years trying to find the tastiest gluten free bread, and not being able to find one and buy it consistently, I finally decided to have a go at making my own sourdough bread. Having bought the gluten free complete sourdough starter kit, I spent a week watching and reading just what to do and then last Friday/Saturday took the plunge and made my first loaf. Whilst not perfect, I was very pleased with the results, being a complete novice and I'm sure my bread will improve with practise and having a mature sourdough starter. I'll no longer have to put up with supermarket plastic tasting bread - hooray!
