All our orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Every order is carefully packed by us — the owners — and dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse. We never use third-party fulfilment companies or drop-shipping, so if any issues arise, you can contact our team directly via our website chat for fast, personal support.

We process orders as quickly as possible. During busy periods, fulfilment and dispatch may take up to 2–3 business days after your order is placed.

Standard Shipping

Starts from $5 within Australia via Australia Post with tracking. Bulky & large items: a custom delivery charge will be calculated at checkout.

As a guide we rely on estimated delivery times and updates provided by Australia Post for Parcel Post - see current transit times.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping will be calculated at check out before payment screen & is based on weight, with a maximum order weight of 5kg per order. 

We ship to: Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, China, India, Philippines, Sri Lanka, New Zealand, Canada & all European countries. 
WE DO NOT SHIP TO USA. 

Dispatch and delivery times for international orders are processed as quickly as possible and usually take 10-14 business days for delivery depending on your destination.

All products are sold on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on receipt.
