Same or next day dispatch from Mount Martha (Victoria)

We process all orders as quickly as possible, with dispatch and tracking details emailed to you on the same or next business day.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post, providing a reliable and trusted delivery service. Occasionally, delays may occur during busy sales periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates start from $5 and are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. All rates reflect standard Australia Post pricing.

For most orders within Australia, shipping for a sourdough kit typically ranges between $10–$15. Deliveries to NT and WA may be slightly higher.

We also absorb part of the shipping cost for rural and remote areas to help keep it as affordable as possible.

Australia Post delivery speeds

Standard Delivery (Parcel Post)

• Within the same state/metro area: typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Interstate between major metro areas: usually 3–6 business days.
  These are average timeframes — actual times can vary with demand and logistics factors.

Express Post (Faster Service)

• Same metro area or within next‑day network: often 1–2 business days (some postcodes are eligible for guaranteed next‑day delivery if both origin and destination are in the Express Post network).
• Interstate metro to metro: commonly 1–3 business days.
  Express Post aims to be quicker than standard Parcel Post but depends on whether both postcodes are in the next‑day delivery network.
