Save time with our easy to revive Gluten-Free Sourdough Starter Flakes, which can be activated within 42 hours & ready to add into your bread mix to make sourdough bread.
Once activated your starter will stay alive for as long as you feed & look after it.
Simply add water & our White Gluten-Free Bread Flour, wait 2-3 days and start using your active starter anywhere a sourdough starter is required.
Please Note: we do not recommend feeding our starter with highly processed-refined gluten-free flour that has additives like emulsifiers, numbers or rising agents; these do not have enough food to feed a healthy starter. You may use organic brown rice, sorghum, buckwheat flours but results will differ to our instructions. For best results, please feed with our White Gluten-Free Bread Flour or purchase our Complete Gluten-Free Sourdough Kits for all the flour & tools to bake sourdough at home.
