This White Gluten-Free Bread Flour is used to activate & feed our Gluten-Free Starter Flakes & to make our Easy White Gluten-Free Sourdough Bread. It can also be used to make breads & pizza bases using your favourite recipes.

Usage: Gluten-free sourdough breads & pizza bases.

Free from: Dairy, egg, nuts, wheat, soya. 

Ingredients: Gluten-free flour blend (non-GMO Australian white maize, cassava, teff, linseed, psyllium), potato starch, non-GMO maize starch, tapioca starch, rice flour, bamboo shoot fibre, calcium carbonate. 

Note: Flour is packaged in plain brown re-sealable bags for freshness. Keep flour stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
