Bread Pan Cast Iron Dutch Oven

A pre-seasoned cast iron pan designed especially for baking loaves in a 60cm or wider domestic oven. These ovens recreate the steam which is needed for oven spring and mimics techniques used by professional bakers.

The handles make it easy for the lid to be removed while giving the bread an even golden colouring. 

ALL OUR PROVING BANNETONS WILL FIT IN THIS PAN! All our proving bannetons (except for the Cafe Loaf) will produce dough sizes that will fit inside this bread pan Dutch oven.

• Measures 39cm x 26cm x 15cm with an interior size of 30cm x 24cm x 14cm
• Enamel coating provides an additional layer of protection to the cast iron, preventing rusting, staining, and corrosion that can occur when raw cast iron comes into contact with moisture or acidic ingredients. It also makes the cookware less prone to chipping or scratching over time.
