Caputo Fioreglut Gluten-Free Flour

Caputo Fioreglut is the gluten-free flour developed by Naples’ legendary Caputo millers over years of research and testing. Made with a carefully balanced blend of gluten-free starches and flours, it is designed to deliver the structure, elasticity and performance traditionally associated with wheat flour — without gluten.

Use it as a convenient 1-to-1 alternative in many of your favourite recipes. It’s ideal for gluten-free pizza, bread, focaccia, biscuits, cakes, muffins and pancakes.

Ingredients

Gluten-free wheat starch, dextrose, maize starch, buckwheat flour, rice starch, psyllium seed fibre, thickener (guar), flavouring.

What about the wheat starch?

Fioreglut contains wheat-derived gluten-free starch. The starch undergoes processing to remove the gluten and is used in the formulation to provide the structure and elasticity that can be difficult to achieve with gluten-free flours.

Because it contains a wheat-derived ingredient, Fioreglut is not suitable for people with a wheat allergy.
