The banneton works really nicely, dough proves and rises really well and seems to have more body and a nicer texture too.
I opted for the smooth finish to avoid the imprint and texture of the cane bannetons i have been using and am very pleased with the result !
A lovely loaf, and much less ''mucking around', it seemed to me.
i will increase the weight and volume of the dough mix to fully utilise the dimensions of the banneton and so far am very happy with it and the result of my first 'trial' loaves.
I expect to purchase another wood pulp banneton when i have become more familiar with using it.
I think the result is superior to cane bannetons and i am very pleased with it.

Really high quality, super easy to brush off and clean after proofing a loaf and the sourdough I make doesn’t stick at all when lightly floured.
I love them compare to the previous ones I owned. The shapes of my sourdough comes out better and maintenance is much more easier! I wish I have purchased them earlier!
