WHAT IS A LAME?

A lame or bakers blade is used to score/slash bread dough. This is done prior to baking and will create ventilation that will facility rising during the baking process. The position of the score will dictate where the bread loaf will open or bloom and also gives a decorative appeal to the finished loaf.

NB: Dates provided are for metro areas only, please allow more time if you live outside a metro area. If unsure, please use Express Post option. 

Western Australia & Northern Territory: Sunday 10th December 2023.

All Other States (VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, TAS): 15th December 2023.

Dispatch and delivery times for international orders are processed as quickly as possible and usually take 10-14 business days for delivery depending on your destination.
