Used by bakers to decorate or slash their dough before putting into the oven, a process which helps bread to properly rise (oven spring).

Compact in design & light on the hand gives this bread lame the ability for decorating patterns or creating the perfect bread “ear”.  A clever design insures sharp blades are kept concealed & neat.
