Why do we use Australian organic stoneground whole-rye flour for our starters?
The reason is simple. We love the taste, it smells amazing (like fruit), ferments faster & can perk up any sourdough starter’s activity (can be mixed together with ordinary bread flour).
That’s why we guarantee our starter flakes will be active or we’ll replace it for free.
