Handcrafted in Denmark.

Designed by our baker friends from Simpel Surdej Studio in Denmark & handcrafted using only sustainably sourced local European oak & finished in clear (lighter) & smoked oak (darker).

The perfect tool to divide, cut & shape large amounts of dough comfortably with its contoured solid European oak handle that’s paired with a 1mm-thick stainless steel blade.

Care tips:

Handwash only with soft cloth & mild soap. Do not use abrasives. Do not soak. Do not put in the dishwasher. Dry with tea towel after cleaning & allow to dry completely before storing. Occasionally oil wooden handle with a neutral oil such as vegetable oil.

Note: Each item is handmade & will have differences & variations in wood pigments & finish, which makes each piece unique. The wood will become a darker tone once oiled.
