What banneton size should I get?
Choosing the right banneton comes down to your finished dough weight and whether you prefer baking a round (boule) or oval (batard) loaf.
Simply add together the weight of all your ingredients:
Flour + Water + Starter + Salt (and any other ingredients) = Total (finished) dough weight
