As a coeliac and mother of 2 coeliacs I have been putting up with unpalatable gluten free bread for 30 years. Husband bought me the gluten free sour dough kit for Christmas. What a game changer. Since that first purchase I have been using the gf sourdough bread flour.Always get consistent results in taste. The only variable is human error but the gf flour mix is very easy to use and gives great results.

First time ever making gluten free bread. The kit and videos provided everything needed. I was afraid I’d mess it up, but was so happy with the result. I did end up adding apple cider vinegar, olive oil, sugar and 1 tspn of instant yeast. The bread proved quicker than expected and the result was phenomenal.
The Tojiro bread knife is a game changer. I’m so happy with the ease that it cuts through bread. I’ve forbidden anyone to use it other than for bread.
