Professional French Flax Linen Couche

A traditional natural linen couche for proving breads of all varying sizes, especially baguette. Can fit up to 6 baguettes of 600mm long or 3-4 large doughs over 1.5kg Perfect for Rofco or Rack Master ovens.

Usage:

Fold the cloth between the loaves to ensure they won't stick together while proofing. The linen fibers on this cloth are ideal for absorbing liquid without drying out the dough. This ensures your next loaf includes a mouthwatering crust with a soft, delicate inside.
