Perfect for those who don't have time for sourdough. Just add water & olive oil to create hot wonder bread or crusty pizza bases for lunch or dinner.

Small 380g bags are suitable for 1-2 people, makes small tin loaf or 2-3 pizzas. 

Large 590g bags are suitable for 3-4 people, makes large tin loaf or 4-5 pizzas. 

Free from: Dairy, egg, nuts, wheat, soya. 

Ingredients: Wild Sourdough gluten-free flour (non-GMO maize starch, potato starch, non-GMO Australian white maize, teff, linseed, psyllium husk, tapioca starch, rice flour, bamboo shoot fibre, calcium carbonate) yeast, sugar, salt. 

Best eaten warm & on the same day of baking. Any leftover bread should be sliced & frozen & used for toast.
