Super easy to use making a large loaf or a baby loaf for one the bread is soft on the inside with a perfect crusty finish. Cannot believe the loaf o take out of the oven doesn’t come from a shop
This flour is a game changer!!
I wasn't sure how gluten-free sourdough bread would go when I purchased my white gluten-free sourdough bread flour from Sourdough Mate but, I was pleasantly surprised at the texture and moistness of the loaf. I don't feel like I'm missing out on fresh bread with this flour and using the Easy White Gluten-Free Sourdough Bread Recipe! Thanks very much for your wonderful products, recipes, instruction etc.

LOVE this gluten free flour. I’ve made some scrolls, banana bread and naan bread using this flour so far and everything taste SO SO good and light and fluffy (very very similar to regular flour). I will be purchasing again 100%.
I have been making this for over 6 months. My starter is strong and I have frozen it while travelling only to defrost and start it up again when home. Cannot recommend this enough.

I have been gluten free for 20’ish years and always thought baking gluten free bread would be too difficult. The gluten free kit from Wild Sourdough has proven me wrong. I’m loving the sourdough I’m baking now and won’t go back to supermarket gluten free loaves.
When I ordered 5kg of flour, I thought "what am I going to do with all this?" But once I'd made my first loaf, I know it'd come in very handy. Yet to expand my skills of making anything other than sourdough with it, but going to attempt wraps, pizza dough and bread and super excited about it, knowing how easy it is to work with!! :)
