Keep your bannetons in good condition by sweeping out excess flour build up or bits of dough that may stick on the walls of your banneton.

Designed with long & short bristles to help get excess flour between creases, it’s perfect for use on our wood pulp or cane bannetons.

Made in Germany from sustainably sourced untreated beechwood & agave bristles. Unlike plastic bristles, our natural agave bristles are heat & abrasion resistant, gentle but effective at removing excess flour build-up.

Use & Care

Gently brush any excess flour between uses. Washing or soaking of brushes is not recommended. Simply tap brush lightly to knock away flour from bristles.
