INGREDIENTS: Whole Seed & Gluten-free Flour Blend (non-GMO Australian white maize, cassava, teff, linseed, psyllium), potato starch, non-GMO maize starch, tapioca starch, rice flour, bamboo shoot fibre, calcium carbonate. [Keep flour stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.]

PLEASE NOTE: This flour is not the same as Wild Sourdough 1-to-1 All Purpose Flour which is best suited to muffins, cakes, pancakes & waffles.

How Many Loaves Does It Make? 

Depending on the recipe you use, typically 2 kilograms of flour will make 4-5 bread loaves from recipes typically using 400-450g of flour.
