How to Use:

Use a rubber band to mark your starter's level and easily track its growth — simple, no overthinking needed. 

When feeding or activating your starter, remove the silicone seal to allow gases produced during fermentation to escape. When storing your starter in the fridge, replace the silicone seal to create an airtight barrier and help protect your starter from drying out, absorbing odours, or cross-contamination.
