This Wholemeal Gluten-Free Bread Flour is perfect for artisan breads (can make unto 3 loaves), pizzas & wraps. Flour is used in our Gluten-Free Sourdough Bread Recipe.

 Free from: Dairy, egg, grains, nuts, wheat, corn/maize, rice.
A great 1:1 substitute for most gluten recipes. 

Ingredients: Wholemeal gluten-free flour blend (sorghum, buckwheat, linseed, psyllium), tapioca starch, potato starch, bamboo shoot fibre, calcium carbonate, sea salt. 

Note: Flour is packaged in plain brown re-sealable bags for freshness. Keep flour stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
