I have been gluten free for 20’ish years and always thought baking gluten free bread would be too difficult. The gluten free kit from Wild Sourdough has proven me wrong. I’m loving the sourdough I’m baking now and won’t go back to supermarket gluten free loaves.
I started making sourdough using just the white flour, which makes a lovely loaf, but I wanted to add a bit of extra fibre to my diet so decided to try an 80% white flour and 20% wholemeal flour and it makes a delicious difference and there's definitely extra flavour.

This is now my favourite GF sourdough flour. All I add is the vinegar and it makes the best crust and is super tasty. I haven’t added any seeds etc to the mix but just popped them on the outside of the loaf. So delicious!
