Our premium liners made with a thicker woven linen to fit snug into our cane bread proving baskets. Offering superior wicking & support for your dough.
Please purchase your linen that corresponds with your cane basket shape & size.
Unfortunately these liners do not fit our wood pulp bannetons, however we are working to get these available shortly.
If you’re currently not using our baskets, we recommend going slightly bigger, at a minimum of 0.5 - 1cm than the internal measurements of your baskets to ensure it fits.

The following linen sizes correspond directly to the size of our baskets/bannetons.
Small Round: 18cm diametre x 8cm deep internal
Medium Round: 20.5cm diametre x 8cm deep internal
Large Round: 22.5cm diametre x 8cm deep internal
Small Oval: 22cm length x 13.5cm width x 8cm height
Medium Oval: 24.5cm length x 13.5cm width x 8.5cm height internal
Large Oval: 27.5cm length x 14cm width x 8.5cm height internal
Use & Care
Linen liners can be removed and washed by hand with lukewarm water & a mild soap. Do not tumble dry or machine wash.
