The big one, is our cafe loaf sourdough proving banneton. Made for cafes & restaurants that require big artisan loaves that are then sliced for sandwiches. Made to fit Rofco (all models) & Rack Master RM2020 bread ovens.
Our cane rattan bannetons are made from sustainable unbleached bamboo & lined with linen to assist with the release of dough.
Dimensions & dough capacity: 40cm length x 14.5cm width x 8.5cm height internal (holds up to 1.8kg dough)
